Originally from Tinghir, nestled in the heart of Morocco's majestic southern landscapes, Chef Redouane grew up surrounded by the aromas of cumin and saffron, and steeped in family recipes passed down through generations. Nourished by the rich culinary heritage of his homeland, he has made Moroccan gastronomy his passion and his legacy.

After several years of experience, he joined Le Riad restaurant in Avignon, a welcoming establishment that embodies the very soul of Morocco. There, Chef Redouane offers authentic, refined, and generous cuisine, inspired by tradition but enriched with his own personal touches.

At Le Riad, each dish tells a story: a journey through the souks of Marrakech, the oases of the Sahara, and the flavors of the Mediterranean. Fragrant tagines, traditional couscous, and handcrafted pastries—everything is prepared with passion, respect for the ingredients, and a love of sharing.
